Grieving can become more intense during the holiday season. The seminar is designed to help individuals find strength, hope and meaning this holiday season. We will talk about the experience of loss, the journey of grief, and the meaning and the importance of traditions and rituals. There will be reflection on self-care strategies for the holidays.
Seating is limited. Seminar is free and open to the public.
