Paul will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife, Gail L. (Lavigne) Philips; three children, Samantha E. Soares and her husband, Kevin of Norwood, Jonathan A. Philips and his wife, Jill of Mashpee and Ashley B. Seggelin and her husband, Justin of Bridgewater; his mother, Irma T. Philips of Sharon; two brothers, David M.
