HOLDEN – Beverly B. (Bohlin) Dye, 76, of 3 Briarcliff Lane, died a home on Wednesday, January 11, 2006, of cancer.
Her husband of 50 years, William D. Dye, Sr., died in 2001. She leaves her son, William D. Dye, Jr. of Holden; a grandson, William Cody Johnson of California; nieces and nephews; grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins. Her sister, Barbara Ljungberg, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Axel R. and Harriett (Gibree) Bohlin, and lived in Holden her entire life.
Mrs. Dye graduated North High School and Salter School both in Worcester. She was a secretary for Allied Adjustment Service for many years and was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church.
A graveside service for Mrs. Dye will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, at Rural Cemetery, 180 Grove Street, Worcester. Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden, is directing arrangements.
