CHESHIRE, CT – Major Donald O. Cilley, 74, loving husband of Paula (Gould) Cilley, passed away on November 17, 2017. A committal service with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Buckminster Cemetery on South Street in Barre. Arrangements are under the care of the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
