Elizabeth Eisdorfer

August 12, 1984 — December 4, 2025

STERLING - Elizabeth J. "Beth" (Hoffeditz) Eisdorfer, 41, beloved wife of Ethan Eisdorfer and mother of Abigail, age 6, and Nina, age 3, passed away while peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home. The daughter of George R. "Dick" Hoffeditz Jr., Major, USAF-Ret., and Theresa "Terri" (Murdter) Hoffeditz, Beth was born at Mather AFB, Sacramento, CA and grew up in Yorktown, VA., where she attended Tabb High School.

Upon receiving her bachelor's degree from the College of William & Mary in Virginia, where she met her future husband, she went on to enjoy a career as a video editor. She was employed by Monadnock Media in Hatfield and contributed her talents to the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library & Museum, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and several other museums and exhibitions.

Beth loved to learn and had an analytical mind. She enjoyed all kinds of media, always watching with an editor's eye and listening with a discerning ear. In addition to her lifelong interest in film and television, in more recent years, she could often be found listening to comedy and cultural podcasts. While many of her pursuits were based indoors, she liked exploring local hiking trails, and had cultivated an interest in birding.

Above all else, nothing brought her more happiness than simply spending time with her family, Ethan, Abigail, and Nina, who were her pride and joy.

She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 13 years, Ethan Eisdorfer and their two beautiful little girls, Abigail and Nina; her parents, Dick and Theresa Hoffeditz of Worcester; and her brother, Marc Hoffeditz and his husband, Wes Hunter of Northampton.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 11th in the Miles-Sterling Funeral & Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 12th in the Miles-Sterling Funeral Home.
