WORCESTER – Foti Kola, age 77, of Worcester passed away at home on Thursday, September 25, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Permet, Albania, he was a son of Ndreko and Afroviti (Mitrushi) Kola , and lived in Worcester since 1998. He leaves his wife, Leonara (Konomi) Kola; a daughter, Endrita Kola and her husband, Marenglen Begaj; and a grandson, Andi Begaj, all of Worcester. He was a warehouse man for T.J. Maxx for 10 years.
Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 to 11:00AM on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM in St. Mary’s Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church, 535 Salisbury Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street, Worcester.
The family requests flowers be omitted and contributions be made to St. Mary’s Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Philip G. Haddad, Jr., Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
