Gary P. Brodeur

HOLDEN – Gary P. Brodeur, beloved son of Paul H. Brodeur and the late Pauline (Duquette) Brodeur, passed away unexpectedly in the comfort of his home on Sunday, October 18, 2024.

Prior to retirement, Gary enjoyed a fulfilling career as a cook for the Worcester Public School System. In his spare time, he enjoyed nature and the outdoors. He could often be found tending to his yard, gardening and trimming his bushes. Gary was very social and always looked forward to connecting with his friends. He was an avid sports fan, always cheering on his beloved Red Sox and New England Patriots.

Gary will be remembered for his kind nature and as a dedicated son to his parents.

He will be lovingly missed and remembered by his father, Paul H. Brodeur of Holden; his brother, Glenn Brodeur of San Francisco, CA; a sister, Cheryl Tisdell; and his nephew, Anthony Tisdell. Gary was predeceased by his mother, Pauline A. Brodeur in 2023.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4 in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery, Holden. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wachusett Greenways. www.milesfuneralhome.com
