Gerald P. Cutler

May 23, 1941 — March 29, 2017

WORCESTER/GREENVILLE, SC - Gerald (Jerry) Paul Cutler, 75, son of Roger and Shirley Cutler and a former, longtime resident of Worcester, MA, died peacefully on March 29, 2017, after a respiratory illness related to lung cancer. He is survived by his wife, Linda J. Cutler; daughters, Audrey Cutler and Robyn Rodman; son-in-law, Steven Rodman; brother and sister-in-law, Joel and Janyce Cutler; and other beloved family and friends.
Mr. Cutler was an expert distributor of industrial computer equipment and had recently retired as President and CEO of Cutler Computer Corporation. An alumnus of Clark University, he served as a weather specialist in the U. S. Air Force in the 1960s. In Worcester, he served as President of the Brotherhood at Congregation Beth Israel. For a few years before and during retirement, he served as Treasurer of Congregation Beth Israel in Greenville, SC, where he resided before his death. He was also an avid golfer, and he supported and enjoyed performing arts organizations in Greenville. He will be dearly missed.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 11 A.M., ON MONDAY, APRIL 3RD, AT CONGREGATION BETH ISRAEL, 15 JAMESBURY DRIVE, WORCESTER, MA 01609, UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF RICHARD PERLMAN OF MILES FUNERAL HOME OF HOLDEN, MA. Burial will be in Worcester Hebrew Cemetery, Leicester, MA.
Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Beth Israel in Worcester and/or Congregation Beth Israel in Greenville. The Greenville address is 425 Summit Drive, Greenville, SC 29609.
