HOLDEN/BOYLSTON - Linda E. Erickson, 77, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Saint Vincent Hospital.
Born in Worcester, Linda was the daughter of the late Charles and Jean (Stewart) Erickson. She attended the Boylston public schools and graduated from Tahanto Regional High School. She went on to attend Andover Institute of Business, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Linda later began a long and dedicated career with the Worcester County District Attorney's Office, where she worked as an administrator for more than 40 years.
Linda made her home in Boylston, where she lovingly raised her children and created a warm and welcoming home for family and friends.
She is survived by her beloved children, Michael J. Letourneau of Auburn, Kevin C. Letourneau of Mississippi, and Cheryl L. Burgoyne and her husband, Frank, of Princeton. She also leaves her cherished grandchildren, Katelyn Malotte, Alyssa Letourneau and her fiancé, Drew Gage, Madelyn Burgoyne, Emerson Burgoyne, and Joseph Letourneau; her great-granddaughter, Isabella LeBreton; and her brother, Charles G. Erickson of San Marcos. She is further survived by her nephews, David Erickson and his wife, Mary Jane, of San Marcos, California, and Dana Erickson and his wife, Jay, of San Diego; her great-nephews, Charlie Erickson and Caleb Erickson of San Marcos; and her cherished family friend, Ronald “Trip” Malotte. Despite blood she treated all as her own family.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her former husband, Joseph F. Letourneau.
Linda found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved spending time at the beach, taking afternoon naps, camping, and tending to her garden. She had a special fondness for cats and dogs and took great pride in making her house a true home. Above all, Linda treasured time spent with her family, who meant the world to her.
