HOLDEN - Matthew J. Raymond, 38, a lifelong resident of Holden died after a long illness on Friday, November 13, 2015 at UMass Memorial Healthcare - University Campus, Worcester. Matthew was born in Worcester, the son of the late Richard A. and Lorraine D. (Comtois) Raymond, both of whom predeceased Matthew in 2014.
Matthew graduated from Wachusett High School in the class of 1995 and worked all over New England in the fields of marketing and customer service. He adored his family and enjoyed trips to his family's home in Wells, ME. Matthew loved the Yankees and the Patriots and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Wilfred and Adrienne Comtois of Auburn; several cousins, whom were more like brothers and sisters to Matthew; as well as several aunts and uncles. Matthew's family would also like to acknowledge Matthew's long time friends and neighbors on Dorothy Avenue in Holden.
