JEFFERSON - Nancy E. (Ansbigian) Naroian, of Jefferson, passed away on September 23, 2025. She is the loving wife of Peter H. Naroian with whom she shared 57 years of marriage.
Nancy was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Harry and Nina (Belezarian) Ansbigian. She was a lifelong member of the Armenian Church of Our Saviour in Worcester where she once served as a Sunday School teacher, and as a youth, was a member of the ACYOA.
Nancy retired in 2008 from Anna Maria College in Paxton, where she worked in the Athletic Department. She was secretary for 3 different Athletic Directors, whom she considered family, for over 24 years. Forever an AMCAT from the sidelines and always held on to "Go Blue!"
To say Nancy was loved by everyone is an understatement. Her family was everything to her. She would listen to anyone who needed an ear and always made an effort to bring joy and happiness to all she met.
Nancy leaves behind her husband Peter; her brother David Ansbigian and his wife Nancy; her nephews, Brian Ansbigian and former Marine Captain Darren Ansbigian and his wife Major Shelley Ansbigian of the USMC; a great-niece, Sanya Rose Ansbigian; her dear friend Susanne Avakian; and many beloved cousins. She also leaves behind her cherished nieces and nephews, each of whom was so very special to her, along with treasured friends.
She is predeceased by her beloved, precious sons, the loves of her life, Matthew in 1988 and Jonathan in 1995.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Friday, September 26th from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM at the Armenian Church of Our Saviour, 87 Salisbury Street in Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM in the church. Burial at Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
