Pamela G. (Fuller) Mcdonald Deboise

December 19, 1943 — January 19, 2015

WORCESTER – Pamela G. (Fuller) McDonald DeBoise, 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Saint Vincent Hospital, following a brief illness. She was born in Queens, New York, a daughter of the late Robert and Eleanor (Hamill) Fuller. She lived in Paxton for 18 years and later Glen Ellyn and Aurora, Illinois for 17 years, before returning in retirement to Worcester in 2013.



Pam graduated from Carle Place High School on Long Island. She earned her Associates Degree from Central New England College and her Bachelors Degree from Assumption College.

She worked for almost two decades as an executive assistant for the Paxton Selectmen, and in Worcester for Heald Machine, Riley Stoker and Hahnemann Hospital. While living in Illinois, Pam worked as a paralegal at a local law office for over a decade. She loved music, enjoyed gardening and following local sports teams. She was an avid collector of Teddy Bears. Pam will always be remembered by all who knew her as an extremely kind and loving person. Dedicated to her family, Pam truly enjoyed being surrounded by those she loved, especially at the family summer camp on Sugden Reservoir in Spencer.



She leaves her beloved husband of 18 years, Theodore F. DeBoise; her two sons, Robert E. McDonald, Jr. and his wife, Cathy of Ridgefield, CT and Chris McDonald and his wife, Mary of Clinton; her three step-daughters, Karen DeBoise and Sharen DeBoise, both of Illinois and Lisa Skillern of North Carolina; her brother, Robert Fuller of Westbury, NY; her two sisters, Melanie Schluter of Las Cruces, NM and Donna Paladino of Southport, NC.



She is also survived by six grandchildren Jack McDonald and his wife Sarah of Alexandria, VA; Paul McDonald of Indianapolis, IN; Abigail McDonald and Pamela McDonald of Ridgefield, CT; Jacob McDonald and Lucas McDonald of Clinton; three step-grandsons; one step-great-grandchild as well as many cousins and friends.



She was predeceased by her beloved first husband, Robert E. McDonald, Sr., in 1992.



Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Pamela’s family on Saturday, June 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden, followed by a memorial service celebrating and honoring Pam’s life at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Mooreland Cemetery, Paxton. Arrangements are under the care of the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
