WORCESTER – Patricia M. Stanley, 82, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2025, at Holden Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.
She was born on September 15, 1942, in Worcester to the late Vincent and Mary (Biscotti) Mazzilli. Patricia attended Commerce High School and later earned her cosmetology certificate from Rob Roy Academy in Worcester, a credential she and her family were always proud of.
Patricia began her career as a hairstylist, working at Henri’s Hairstylist in Fitchburg for several years while maintaining her certification. Later, she transitioned into customer service and was a dedicated cashier for many years at CVS and Walmart, where she enjoyed connecting with members of her community.
She was married to Edward Arsenault, with whom she had two sons, James and the late Daniel Arsenault. Later, Patricia married Robert Stanley, and together they built a beautiful life, lovingly raising their blended family. Patricia and Robert also experienced the deep loss of their daughter, Gina Stanley, at birth.
Patricia enjoyed music, dancing, family gatherings and catching up with friends. She especially loved spending time with her family at the ocean.
She was predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Mary Mazzilli; her firstborn son, Daniel Arsenault; her daughter, Gina Stanley; and her husband, Robert Stanley.
She leaves behind her devoted son, James Arsenault and his spouse, Donna (Turner) Arsenault of Hubbardston; her cherished sister, Marilyn (Mazzilli) Leger of Holden; her granddaughter, Kateri (Arsenault) Forte and her husband Daniel Forte; her great grandson, Connor Forte; her nephews Michael Leger and Ryan Leger, extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
A funeral service honoring Patricia’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden with a burial to follow at Grove Cemetery in Holden.
