Paul E. Cohan

LONGBOAT KEY, FL - Paul Edward Cohan passed away on August 3 after a brief illness and a long and happy life of 96 years. Born and raised in Worcester, Paul attended Worcester Academy, Syracuse University and City College of New York. 

He followed in his father's footsteps to become senior partner and treasurer at Joseph B. Cohan and Associates accountants in Worcester, along with his brother Herbert, who predeceased him. During his service in the Army Audit Bureau in St. Louis, he met and later married Suzanne Hieken and they returned to Worcester to raise their family. 

Paul is survived by three sons, seven grandchildren and one great grandson. Paul will be laid to rest next to Suzanne and his parents August 10 at B'Nai Brith in Worcester.  Arrangements are in the care of Miles Funeral Home of Holden.
