PRINCETON – Paul S. Zottoli, 68, of Princeton, died on March 29, 2013 at UMass Memorial Healthcare, Worcester. He was born in Holden, the son of Lena E. (Gabrielli) Zottoli and the late Ernest W. Zottoli.

He leaves his loving wife of 45 years, Valerie (Pulson) Zottoli; two sons, Craig A. Zottoli of Princeton and his fiancée Kelly Hicks and Stephen P. Zottoli and his wife Mindy of Princeton; his mother, Lena Zottoli of Holden; a brother and very supportive friend, William Zottoli of Princeton; a niece and great-niece, Carla and Gabriela DeFosse. Paul’s family was very special to him and they will all miss him greatly.

Paul graduated from Cornell University School of Hotel Management and later received his Master’s Degree from Clark University. He worked as the general manager at the Old Mill Restaurant in Westminister and later owned and operated the William Paul House Restaurant in Holden with his brother Bill. He also operated Forefathers Restaurant in Paxton with his wife Valerie.

Paul loved being with his family and friends in Princeton, but what gave him great pleasure and many happy memories was spending time at Cape Cod.
