Robin B. (Friedman) Stone

WORCESTER – Robin B. (Friedman) Stone, age 72, died peacefully on Friday, August 7th, 2026 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center – Memorial Campus, after a period of declining health. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Isidore “Philip” and Evelyne (Seidner) Friedman and was a lifelong resident of Worcester.

Robin graduated from Doherty Memorial High School with the class of 1970, furthering her education at Quinsigamond Community College. She worked for many years, first as a driving school administrator and instructor, and eventually as an administrative assistant.

Robin loved planning their yearly family trips, including camping in Lake George, NY, and their drive down to Florida to visit family over the holidays. She loved animals of all kinds, owning many cats and birds over the years, and donating to various animal societies. She had a smile that would light up a room, and so much love for her family and friends.

Robin will be lovingly missed and remembered by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert “Bob” Stone of Worcester; her devoted children, Pattianne Stone and her partner, Corey Beaulac of Westminster, and Lynne Stone of Worcester; her brother, Steven Friedman and his wife, Carol of Framingham; her special cousins, and Michael and Amy Ferris. She was predeceased by her brother, Harvey “Mickey” Friedman in 2008.

Family and friends will gather to honor Robin’s memory at a Graveside Funeral Service at 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 16th at Worcester Hebrew Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Auburn. Arrangements are in the care of Miles Funeral Home of Holden.
