RUTLAND - Susan L. Davis, 67, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 23, 2019. She was born in Santa Clara, CA, the daughter of Joseph and Leah (Brunelle) Davis and had lived in Rutland for 16 years.
She leaves her best friend and longtime companion, Daniel Contonio; her beloved cats, Midnight and Dakota; and many friends.
Funeral arrangements are private and under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street., Holden. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Neady Cats, P.O. Box 213, West Boylston, MA 01583, or Sweetpea F.O.R. Animals, 1090 Pleasant Street, Paxton, MA 01612.A GoFundMe account has also been created to help pay for her final expenses.
