STERLING – Brian T. O'Malley, 49, of Old Princeton Road West, died unexpectedly on Friday, March 13, 2009.
He leaves his parents, John T. and Helen (Maki) O'Malley of Sterling; two brothers, John E. O'Malley and his wife Pamela of Holden and Richard P. O'Malley of Phillipston; two nephews, Richard O'Malley and his wife Leigh of Winchendon and Jeffery O'Malley of Phillipston; and his companion of several years, Kirby Brown of Sterling.
Brian was born on November 18, 1959 in Worcester and lived in Sterling his entire life. He was a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School in Holden and Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester. For 16 years he worked in Research and Development Dept. at David Clark Co. in Worcester. He enjoyed skiing and playing the guitar.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 10 a.m. to 12 noon followed by a funeral service at 12 noon on Wednesday, March 18th, in the Miles-Sterling Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Road (Rte. 12), Sterling. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Clinton Road (Rte. 62), Sterling. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Town of Sterling Fire Department, Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 515, Sterling, MA 01564.
