BOLTON, MA – Warren G. Bluestein, age 78, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 2nd, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Jerome and Gertrude (Friedman) Bluestein.
Warren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College, and a Master of Business Administration from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business. His career focus became LNG shipping and maritime transportation, serving as President of BGT Limited for over 30 years and later working as an LNG Shipping and Maritime Consultant until his retirement just three years ago.
Warren will be dearly missed and remembered by his beloved wife of 58 years, Sheila (Dambrot) Bluestein of Bolton, Massachusetts; his devoted children, Cheri Moss and her husband, David of Narragansett, Rhode Island; his son, Andrew Bluestein and his wife, Stacey of Sterling, Massachusetts, his cherished grandchildren, Jake, Max, Chloe, Emma, and Sam; and his sisters, Phyllis Bluestein and her husband, Richard Harden, and Shelley Gitter and her husband, Hunter.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 9th at Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling, Massachusetts. Please join the family for a gathering in Warren’s memory on Saturday, May 10th, during the hours of 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the home of Cheri and David Moss, 298 Colonel John Gardner Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island.
